This bar is what we call an 'inclusion' bar, as it includes roasted cashews and sea salt in it's plain citrusy Madagascan pure dark chocolate. Not too heavy on the cashews, but nevertheless a satisfying and moreish bar, with a good balance of sweet and salty. Nice for dessert.
